Build An HTML Table

Below you can fill in the blanks or change the values to build an html table. If you need to know color codes for a background color you can use this link to open another window that has the 216 browser safe colors listed. The default color is white.

Once you have all the fields filled out, click on the "Build Table" button. You will be presented with the html code for the table. This code then needs to be highlighted by dragging your mouse over it, then copied, then pasted into your favorite text editor. It must be pasted to a text editor so that you don't get the formatting code that is used to display it on the page. Once you have it pasted into your favorite text editor you can paste it into any HTML editor from there.

The maximum number of rows and columns allowed is ten.
